From the South--Follow I79 to I80 East. Exit I80 at the Barkeyville Exit. Follow Routes 8N & 62 through Franklin across the four-lane highway between Franklin and Oil City, which runs along the river. When you are approaching Oil City, there will be three stop lights in a row. Go to the third light and turn right. (The first light is by the Electralloy plant on the right, the second light is at the VFW, the third light turns onto Center Street.) Go through two lights. At the top of the hill, bear right at the "Y" in the road onto Spring Street. There will be a Country Fair gas station at the "Y." Then turn left onto Harriott Avenue. In a short distance there will be a stop sign. Watch both ways when proceeding, because traffic straight ahead and to the right has the right-of-way. Turn right onto Bissell Avenue. (Hutchinson Funeral Home will be on the left and Reinsel Funeral Home will be on the right. There should be blue directional signs for the Northside of town along the way.) Go straight through the stop sign by the UPMC Behaviorial Unit. At the top of the hill you will see a sign for Oliver Manor, bear right here onto Lynch Boulevard.
